As our long time readers know, Joe is a two-bowls-of-cereal boy Monday through Friday when cereal is typically the breakfast fare of choice. Given that Birdie is now in the Big Birds room, and that she wants to be just like Joe, Ted decided this week to give Clara two bowls of cereal, too. (Fans, that's four bowls of cereal on the table. . .Yeah.) For now, Birdie is having plain Cheerios with bananas and milk, rather than selecting what goes in them, and whether they have milk poured on them or not as Our Hero does. Occasionally Birdie will have plain Kix as she does seem to get bored. We don't imagine it will be too long before she is sampling the whole of the Cheerios line, but for now, she seemed to like this whole making-like-a-big-kid-with-the-two-bowls bit.

Two Bowls, Times Two
