So Joe is getting really, really good at tooling about the neighborhood on his tricycle (BIKE!). This weekend, he hung out with both Graham and Marco, both of whom came over with their tricycles as well. Whereas Julie used to have to remind Joe to "pedal, pedal, pedal" as Joe made his way up the gentle slopes in the neighborhood (it's not called Fern Hill for nothing!), he now pretty much pedals, pedals, pedals on his own. He just takes to the open road (and sidewalk) and GOES! Some of you may recall that Joe's bike has turn signals (a misnomer in that they signal only to the rider that a turn is in the offing) and a radio of sorts. For a long while, punching these buttons was his fun. But now, it's the riding that is.
