Clara needed to stay home from school today, so it was father-daughter day at the Raleigh House. We are happy to report that she is mostly back to her normal self, napping at the regular times, playing when awake, and eating well (though only safe foods like bananas). Today our early morning adventures included an art project and reading before first nap. After nap, Clara watched the end of Price is Right (she insisted!) before we headed off for a good walk. It is in the 50s and overcast, so a blanket was required. After our walk we sat down to lunch, and then waited to hear Obama's budget speech - which put Clara to sleep. After second nap we had some Cheerio snack and then play while we wait for the rest of the pack to come home. She should be good for school tomorrow!

The Bird Rebounds!
