Later on Friday we all went to Kendra and Eric's house for a visit. The main attraction was the little pool that they had filled up for Joe. He played with some empty yogurt cups with Julie, used the water to fill his watering can so he could water various plants around the house, and later a turkey baster was introduced to much amusement! The other highlight was the chips and salsa. Joe liked to take a chip, put it in the salsa, lick the salsa, put the chip down and go for a new one to start all over. There was also some double dipping--good thing we were with friends. Clara was mostly sleepy through the whole visit, but she seemed happy in Julie's arms.
Well, it looks like the options were either double dipping or skinny dipping and my man Joe knew which one was more appropriate.
