Last Batch of Raleigh House Jam

Strawberries were about 2 weeks late this year due to the very delayed spring and summer, but they came in time to make one last batch of strawberry rhubarb jam (actually three batches). Joe helped harvest the rhubarb from the backyard and mash up the berries, but he disappeared once the cooking started, which is pretty much what his father did growing up too.  Jam making will continue in the new house, but we will need a new brand name.
